Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from Reservoir, Australia. We strive to ship your products within 3 business days of receiving your order. While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, please note that processing times may vary based on demand and other factors.

Shipping Method
Our stools are shipped via Australia Post and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is currently set as a flat rate for Australia. Regular post is $30 and Express is $45. Our shipping costs are high due to the size and weight of our product. 

Delays and Notifications
If there are any delays in shipping beyond our control, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. Please monitor your tracking information for the latest updates on your shipment.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location. For regular post, expect your parcel within 5 - 8 business days from when tracking is received. For express post, please expect your parcel between 1 and 4 days once tracking is received.

Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pick up due to not having a physical shop front.
