Processing times
All orders are packed and dispatched from Reservoir, Victoria, Australia.
We aim to ship your order within three business days of receiving it. Processing times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Australia
Shipping is charged at a flat rate:

Our shipping rates reflect the size and weight of our products.
Standard delivery usually takes between five and eight business days from dispatch. Express delivery usually takes between one and four business days from dispatch.

Shipping to Aotearoa New Zealand
Shipping to Aotearoa New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $45 AUD.

Shipping to the United States and Canada
Shipping to the United States and Canada is charged at a flat rate of $75 AUD.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to HST of approximately 13% to 15% upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays

Local pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup as Hunker does not have a physical shopfront.
